I prepared flyers for the School's open house and submitted it the School's principal for approval. It was approved and the school's secretary made copies for me . A table was set up just for me for the Box Top Coordinator!
Now I was ready for the students, parents and teachers to come by my Box Top table. I took a couple of samples of the Box Tops in a ziploc bag, just in case newcomers didn't know what they looked like.
The school's open house is ready, I'm ready to face the people for the first time and do a "sales pitch" . It was easy, I had no problem, people knew what Box Tops were and I all I did was hand them the flyer and letting them know to turn in their box tops in a zip lop bag in the front office. That I will get the Box Tops from the front office.
One of the PTO ladies submitted a ton of Box Tops to me! My eyes lit up - WOW! (work you know.)
The Open House finished, packed up my stuff on what I had left - till next timre. Everything went well.

Box Tops for Davila Texans, Bryan, TX
I am the Box Top Coordinator for Davila Middle School which the school is located in Bryan, TX.
I am campaigning for my child's school for anyone who clips Box Tops for education coupons to save and send my school. Our Middle School is fairly new to the community. It has been four years that the school was been built. And I seeking help from the community, country, region, whoever reads that can send the school Box Tops. We really need submissions of Box Tops so that school kids can have the things they need to excel in their studies! This will really help the parents not to buy school supplies but the school to purchase them for the Teachers for their class rooms.
You have heard about how Education is important for the kids, so please help.
